Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005), consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without providing any reason, within 14 days from the day on which they acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers may use the dedicated "Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal" function available on the order details page within their personal account.
Submitting the request through this procedure constitutes a valid declaration of withdrawal from the contract. Upon completion of the procedure, the customer will receive an automatic confirmation acknowledging receipt of the request.
The products subject to withdrawal must be returned to Roberta Firenze S.r.l. within 14 days from the date on which the withdrawal was communicated. Products must be returned complete, including all accessories and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.
The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.
Once the returned goods have been received, or when the customer has provided evidence of having sent them back in accordance with applicable law, Roberta Firenze S.r.l. will reimburse all payments received for the returned products within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
The customer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized, in accordance with Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code.
